Brazil - "Obata" (Double Fermentation) - Espresso Roast

from 15.50

History

The Obata Double Fermentation stems from Capricornio Coffees and is the epitome of experimentation within coffee processing. The coffee cherries are soaked in water to ferment before then being transferred to another fermentation tank in which the coffee is then fermentated again, pulped and washed. This results in a coffee that not only displays a sweet acidity, but also a rich and complex body. We highly recommend adding milk to any beverage brewed with this coffee, it’ll pop out so many hidden flavors!
