History

This coffee stems from a village called Aricha located in the Gedyo zone of the Yirgacheffee district.  This Aricha was grown at 2000 – 2200 meters above sea level. It has undergone 4 – 6 weeks of drying on raised beds followed by fermentation in tanks for 48 to 76 hours. The result of this lengthy process is a coffee bound with a complex, pleasant fruity acidity as well as a sweet creamy and syrupy body.
