Ethiopia - "Guji" (Natural) - Filter & Espresso Roast

This coffee grows on a farm called Dimtu Tero in the Odo Shakiso district. Dimtu Tero is known for it’s exceptionally high altitude, one of the highest in the Guji zone (1840-2128 MASL). The coffee is fermented for 24 to 36 days in flotation tanks, then sun-dried for 15 to 20 days. This enables a transfer of flavor from the coffee cherry to the seed giving it a sweet and extra fruity cup.
