Kamran Nowduschani and Louise Gordon have been involved in the Australian coffee and cafe scene for over 25 years. The industry has changed significantly over this time and as such Kamran and Louise have amassed unmatched knowledge and experience for you to draw on.
Building on this wisdom, Kamran has assembled a team of dedicated coffee professionals to help him showcase a consistently excellent product. With a variety of skills and talents, Leftfield create the most complex and richly flavoured coffees on our custom built Probat coffee roasters. With thick cast iron plates made from original 1950s blueprints, our UG22 and G75 are also fitted with the newest, state-of-the-art burners and controls for absolute precision.
From the farmers, pickers and processors, to the roasters, baristas and tasters, we work with a large and diverse supply chain that we care deeply about. When you buy Leftfield, you can expect delicious quality coffee, expertly sourced and roasted with love and care.

Probat has been the leader in the manufacturing of coffee roasting equipment for over 150 years.
Their experience is why we chose to use 2 custom built Probat coffee roasters.
With thick cast iron plates made from the original blueprints from the 1950’s, our UG22 and G75 are also fitted with the newest, state of the art burners and controls for absolute precision.
Unlike automated coffee roasters, our roasters require attention to every detail with complete and precise controls, which is what allows us to be more connected to the roasting process to coax out the most desirable flavours for our blends and single origins coffees.
